Questions about what it’s like to work together?

If you don’t see your question answered below, feel free to contact me.

  • I am located at 8575 W. 110th Street, Suite 225 in Sana Holistic Care. My office is close to College and Antioch, just off I-435.

  • Yes! I offer online therapy to people who reside in Kansas. Due to licensing regulations, I can’t see clients online in the state of Missouri. I am located close to Kansas City, MO for Missouri residents who would like to come for in-person sessions.

  • Online therapy works in much the same way that in-person sessions work. I will send you a telehealth link before our session which allows you to enter my HIPAA-compliant portal. If you are a couple or co-parents that are in different locations, I offer confidential therapy through my business Zoom account.

  • Therapy is an investment in yourself and your relationships. I know cost may be prohibitive, so let’s talk about options that meet your individual situation.

    $135 for a 50-minute session (individuals & couples)

    $150 for 50-minute session (coparenting)

    $200 80-minute session

  • During our first session, I will ask you some questions about your personal and family history so that I can get to know you better and what issues you have been struggling with. It will be very conversational, and I will encourage you to share whatever you are comfortable sharing with me.

  • It will really depend upon the issues you are facing. Many people I see like to dig deep and make lasting change, and they may stay in therapy for 6-12 months. Others find relief from their issues in 3-4 months. I will regularly check with you about your progress and what you hope to achieve. You will have autonomy on how long you need to be in therapy.

  • I do not take insurance, but I can provide you a superbill (detailed invoice) that your insurance company will need if they offer reimbursement to you directly. You may want to check with your insurance company to find out what reimbursable benefits you have.

  • Because I do not take insurance, I am required under the federal government’s No Surprises Act for healthcare to provide you an estimate of services that you will receive from me. I will include this estimate (which is my session fee x the number of sessions you work with me) in your intake paperwork. It’s just one of those legal things and does not commit you to any of my services.
